Procedures on Dog Attacks
Where a dog attacks any person or livestock,
- the dog owner may be taken to Court and liable for damages in any subsequent civil action.
- Statements will be obtained to investigate all details of the attack.
- In any Court action the RM (Resident Magistrate) may issue a destruction order against the dog.
