Have you had your FREE Home Safety Visit?
Cookstown Home Safety Scheme is a scheme which helps those over 65 and families with children under 5 avoid serious accidents within the home.
The Home Safety Scheme aims to provide information and practical advice on injury prevention. Its main purpose is to reduce the number of unintentional injuries and deaths that happen in the home environment every year. Unfortunately each year there are thousands of accidents and injuries relating to burns and scalds, falls, poisoning, suffocating and choking.
How does the scheme work?
