The Environmental Health Department is responsible for the provision of a range of services designed to maintain and improve the quality of the environment and to protect public health and safety. The departments services can be divided into ;

Boiler Replacement Allowance Scheme
Are you a householder aged 60 or over, in receipt of Rates Relief but not housing benefit with an existing boiler at least 15 years old and inefficient? If you can answer yes to all of these questions then you may be eligible to apply for a boiler replacement allowance of up to £1,500.
